Architectural Vistadesigns Ltd were granted Planning Permission for 3 Dwellings in Dunton Bassett within a rural village of Leicestershire. 

The scheme involved designing 3 bespoke dwellings on the land of an existing house which sat comfortably within a large residential garden.

The theme was to create one dwelling that was of a Farm House styled  brick dwelling with a feature glass entrance to the front of the site and to the rear there were a further 2 detached dwellings in a Barn style, boasting Black Cladding and Metal Roofs with feature glazing.  

This was a great result for the practice and delivering Planning Permission for another Residential Development in Leicestershire.
