AVD was instructed to prepare a feasibility design for re-modelling of the existing dwelling with a 2 storey side and rear extension and with internal re-modelling of the existing spaces.
Our work included the design, Planning submission and Consultation.
The proposals involved Gym, Swimming Pool and Sun lounge to the Ground Floor and two bedrooms proposed to the First Floor. Proposals also involved extending the detached garage to provide additional car storage space.
Current approved Planning has been granted for the extension of the detached garaging and the 1 Storey Sun Lounge.
The proposals were elevated to match in with the existing building fenestration.
Future extensions to the main dwelling will be reviewed in the near future.
