Planning Permission for 10 Dwellings |
Architectural Vistadesigns Ltd were appointed to seek Planning Permission for 10 dwellings on garden amenity land in Polesworth, Tamworth, which is a great result for the practice and developing garden amenity land for the use of Residential houses.
The existing land consisted of 2 dwellings to be demolished for 10 proposed traditional form dwellings with associated parking, amenity land with a Private access drive to serve the site to make it a Private development Cul-de-sac of dwellings.
The site boundaries were bound by mature trees and the existing Canal north of the site was a welcomed feature for the houses proposed along the North boundary, which could have a Private access to the Canal front.

Allesley Planning Permission for 2 Dwellings |
Architectural Vistadesigns (AVD) have secured Planning Permission for the erection of 2 dwellings on land in Allesley, Coventry.
Erection of two dwellings on land to rear of 165 Browns Lane including vehicular access and alterations and extensions to the existing house.
The site is part of the rear gardens of No’s. 163 and 165 Browns Lane. It is roughly rectangular in shape measuring 0.12 hectares. No’s. 163 and 165 Browns Lane are two houses on Browns Lane which predate the recent redevelopment of the former Jaguar site. The site is surrounded by a recently developed Taylor Wimpey housing estate.
